Veterinary Receptionist/ Technician

What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls and client emails
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare and explain treatment estimates
- Prepare medications and prescriptions
- Explain basic medication instructions to clients
Technician / Advanced Skills (a plus, not required)
- Nail trims, anal gland expression, bathing, ear cleaning
- Administer oral, topical, and injectable medications
- IV/catheter procedures, blood draws, vitals monitoring, surgery prep
- Diagnostics: CBCs, chemistry panels, radiographs, fecals
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – required
- Compassionate animal handling and client service skills
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- ezyVet experience is a plus
Pay & Benefits
$15–$18/hr DOE | ~25 hrs/week with potential for additional hours and pay growth as experience and skills increase. Supportive, team-oriented environment | On-the-job training
For the time being, we are primarily looking for someone who is available for afternoon shifts Tuesday through Friday, as well as Saturdays from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.
